Board Certified – American Dental Board of Anesthesiology
Dr. Lee understands that receiving anesthesia can be an overwhelming experience for patients and their loved ones, so she takes a patient-first approach to ensure their safety and comfort.
Dr. Lee attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and was the recipient of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology Horace Wells Award for her dedication to the field of Dental Anesthesiology as a senior student. She then completed a three-year postdoctoral Dental Anesthesiology residency at Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) (in which Dr. Pfeffer was one of her core attendings!)
Throughout her training, Dr. Lee provided anesthesia for a wide variety of dental and medical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Lee was selected as a Chief Resident for her senior year, and in this role she trained junior residents and taught
dental students.
She is also a published author for Anesthesia Progress with the honor of having a featured article. Dr. Lee’s specialized training in caring for patients with special needs, children and adults with dental phobias, and patients with chronic pain makes her a perfect fit for our practice.
